What This Is

You'll be the technical backbone of a small, fast-moving digital marketing agency. We design sites, run campaigns, and manage client infrastructure — and we need someone who can take raw HTML builds and turn them into production-ready WordPress templates, manage hosting environments, and keep the technical side of our client operations running clean.

This is a hands-on technical role — not a design role. You'll take HTML/CSS that's already been built and convert it into functional WordPress themes and templates. Beyond that, you'll manage hosting, domains, databases, email provisioning, tag management, and the technical plumbing that keeps everything connected.

If you're the type who's comfortable in cPanel, phpMyAdmin, and Google Tag Manager in the same afternoon — this is your kind of role.

What You'll Own

This role spans development, infrastructure, and technical operations. Here's what a typical week looks like.

WordPress Development

  • Convert HTML/CSS builds into WordPress templates
  • Build and customize themes for client sites
  • Create reusable page templates and custom fields
  • Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and site issues
  • Optimize for speed, mobile, and SEO

Hosting & Infrastructure

  • Manage FTP access and file deployments
  • Configure and maintain hosting environments
  • Manage SQL databases and backups
  • Handle domain registration, DNS, and SSL
  • Troubleshoot server-side issues

Google Workspace & Analytics

  • Set up and manage Google Workspace (email, users)
  • Configure Google Tag Manager across client sites
  • Implement Google Analytics tracking and goals
  • Support Google Ads conversion tracking setup
  • Manage tag deployment and QA

Automation & Outreach Tech

  • Build and manage Apollo.io outreach sequences
  • Set up automated email workflows
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline production
  • Integrate systems and keep data flowing clean
  • Document processes for the team

What You'll Work With
