From Wix template
to editorial luxury
in one launch.
How we built TripValet Incentives a 7-template, 487-field WordPress site that finally answers their founder's brief: "I want someone to say holy crap, this is gorgeous."
Meet TripValet Incentives.
TripValet isn't a travel agency — they're a SaaS incentive marketing platform. They turn unsold hotel inventory into branded vacation certificates that businesses use as lead magnets, closing gifts, referral rewards, and sales contests.
Real trips. No timeshare presentations. No hidden fees. The product is genuinely strong — but the old Wix site couldn't sell it. They were mid-rebrand with a finished brand guide, real testimonials, and a customer base. The site was the last piece.
TripValet Incentives
Travel sites all looked the same. None looked gorgeous.
Three pillars. One launch.
We didn't just redesign — we re-architected the front door around the founder's actual brief. Editorial aesthetics. Audience routing. Editor-friendly architecture. Built once, runnable forever.
Editorial, image-forward, emotional
Full-bleed travel photography. Deep navy + gold accents. DM Serif Display headlines with italicized accents. Built so the first scroll triggers the same feeling as flipping open a Condé Nast spread — not a SaaS landing page.
One front door, three journeys
The "Choose Your Journey" homepage is a three-card audience router — Enterprise, Small Business, Personal Explorer — each one a full-bleed travel image leading to a dedicated, conversion-tuned page. No more confused homepage.
Editable by the marketing team — without a dev
487 named fields wired into the WordPress Customizer with live preview. Every headline, image, testimonial, stat, and CTA is editable without touching code. Brand tokens exposed as CSS variables so edits stay on-brand.
The "Choose Your Journey" homepage.
The hardest UX problem on this project was the homepage — three very different customers, one front door. We solved it with three full-bleed cards, each leading to a tailored journey.
Real vacations.
Real results.
Branded travel certificates that turn prospects into customers, customers into raving fans, and sales teams into top performers — without the timeshare gimmicks.
Three audiences. Three doors.
Enterprise
20+ users. Custom pricing. ROI consultations with founders.
Corporate Advantage →Small Business
1–20 users. Public pricing. 7-day free trial.
TVI Individual →Personal Explorer
Up to 70% off hotels for you + 9 friends & family.
Explorer Membership →Seven templates. One ecosystem.
Every page was architected for its specific audience and conversion goal — Corporate qualifies before booking, Individual goes straight to free trial, Explorer drives membership signups, Referral Partner captures partner applications.
The WordPress Customizer they can actually use
Every headline, image, stat, testimonial, pricing tier, and CTA across all six pages is wired into the WordPress Customizer with live preview. Named, panel-grouped sections that match the visual sections on the page. Their marketing team can swap content in seconds — no dev tickets, no broken layouts.
Three audiences. Three doors.
Updates instantly as you type — no save, no reload, no broken layout.
Designed page-by-page
Home, Corporate Advantage, TVI Individual, Explorer Membership, Blog, Referral Partner, plus a shared header/footer system. Each page tuned to its specific audience and conversion event.
Integrations wired in
Calendly (Corporate ROI calls), Formspree (Referral Partner application), Mailchimp + Mailgun (newsletter), Follow Up Boss CRM, Google Analytics + Search Console + GTM. All routing through to their existing back-office login.
Elementor Pro compatible
Custom Hello Elementor child theme. The header/footer dispatch checks for client-built Theme Builder templates first — so they can override anything in Elementor without us having to touch the code.
Default-content fallback
Every template ships with the full designed HTML as a default. The moment a client edits anything in the Customizer, the default hides and their content takes over. The site launches fully designed — and stays unbreakable.
Brand tokens as CSS variables
Deep Ocean Blue, Tropical Blue, Sky Blue, Brand Gold — all exposed as --tv-* custom properties. Future Elementor edits auto-pull from the brand palette so nothing drifts off-brand.
Micro-interactions, not decoration
Scroll-reveal IntersectionObserver animations on every section. Gradient hover lifts on cards. Animated process timelines. A live member-savings counter on Explorer. Full-bleed parallax-style hero treatments. Designed to "naturally draw your eyes to the next thing" — direct quote from the brief.
Four pages worth a closer look.
Every page solves a specific business problem. Here are the four we're proudest of.
The Corporate Advantage qualifier filters tire-kickers.
Before they hit Calendly, prospects walk through a checklist that pre-qualifies them — 20+ users, decision-maker not researcher, ready to deploy this quarter. The result: the founder's calendar fills with serious conversations, not discovery calls with people who'll never close.
- You manage 20 or more sales reps or team members
- You're the decision-maker, not researching for someone else
- You're ready to deploy this quarter, not "someday"
- You want a real ROI conversation, not a demo
Explorer Membership 9-card benefits grid.
Personal travel buyers want a fantasy preview, not a feature list. We built a 9-card grid that visually showcases the full breadth of what membership unlocks — hotels, shopping, entertainment, concierge, and more — each with a custom icon, hover state, and on-brand color treatment.

The Referral Partner page is its own conversion engine.
A gradient form card on dark background, fit-tier qualifiers (Real Estate, Insurance, Marketing Agencies, Sales Orgs), Formspree-wired with success-state animation. It looks dramatic on purpose — partners are a different audience than customers, and they need to feel selected, not solicited.

Industry stats they now own.
Most incentive marketing platforms bury their proof in fine print. We pulled the three strongest industry stats — sales lift, customer loyalty, and revenue from repeat clients — into a full-bleed gradient section above the fold. Every audience hits this signal early in the scroll.
We tested the copy before we shipped it.
Before launch, the top-performing headlines and value props were validated through paid micro-tests on Meta. Two of the highest performers, by audience:
Both well above the SaaS B2B average (1.5–2.0% CTR / $0.50+ CPC). The site copy that shipped was the copy that already worked.
Built to be edited, not babysat.
Custom WordPress child theme on Hello Elementor. Elementor Pro Theme Builder compatible. PHP 7.4+. Brand tokens as CSS custom properties. Hosted on GoDaddy with a clean migration path to the client's own back-office servers.
